Well I will start with the positives; great atmosphere. I purchased 2 platinum cards for my kids $150 each, so they can play in the week. Games are fun. It’s kept pretty clean and bathroom are up to date and well maintained. After playing kids got hungry and we decided to try the food. Where do I begin. My daughter enjoyed the blueberry lemonade. I order the gold chicken fingers with fries for my son which consists of 3 pieces and fries. Look at the photo. It was more like 2 pieces and 1 piece was as big as my knuckle. I complained about it and was told that they will not give extra because that is how the order was. So I gave two options which was I will be paying 3/4 of the price or not pay at all. You best believe they brought a normal size tender for my son. As you can see from the photo the pepperoni flatbread was burnt and hard. Did not have a bad taste to be honest though. I also ordered the Nachos which was not bad but they need to add more chicken and sauce to it they also forgot to add the guacamole. I also ordered the Cesar salad with grilled chicken. The chicken was small and extremely dry. Definitely the worst of all of which I ordered. I cannot speak about other dish

I had an excellent experience from the moment I arrived. Kiara, the manager, was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely hospitable while assisting me with an issue I had with my game card. She took the time to listen, resolved the situation quickly, and made sure everything was taken care of. Her positive attitude and willingness to help truly made a difference. The venue itself was very clean, spacious, and well maintained, making it a great place for families, groups of friends, or anyone looking to have a good time. The atmosphere was lively with sports playing throughout the venue, and the happy hour offerings at the bar were a great bonus. A special thank you to Merrine, the host, for the warm welcome. She greeted me with a genuine smile, seated me promptly, and immediately made me feel like a valued guest. It’s always refreshing to receive such attentive and friendly service. Thank you to Kiara, Merrine, and the entire team for creating such a welcoming environment. Outstanding hospitality like this is what keeps guests coming back. I look forward to my next visit!

This was the closest Dave & Busters I could find to where I was staying in Greenwich. It was nice but not as big as I expected, you go up the escalator to this big floor that I thought would have more games but was actually just a standard arcade size. The prices per game is around 3.5-4 credits per game so definitely keep that in mind when you're loading up a game card. We originally were gonna buy the $35 package but it gave us the option to 'supercharge' it for $9 which gave a bunch more credits so we ended up doing the $25 option and supercharging that which allowed us to play the card all the way to 0 between two of us in 2 hours. It was solid fun, the prizes are super expensive ticket wise so if you want a big prize I would save the tickets on your card and try to redeem after playing again.

We went on an early Sunday afternoon around 1pm and it was the perfect timing. There was barely anyone there and the kids were able to play without having to wait for any games. We were there for two hours and sat down to eat. We purchased the power play cards with the meal and it was worth it. Food was okay. Had the classic goldfingers with fries. One of the chicken tenders were nice and big while the other was thinner and smaller. Size was definitely not consistent. We also had the Dave’s Double Cheeseburger and that was good. Order it medium and it was perfect. Kids enjoyed the food and then we upgraded to the unlimited game play cards for $59.99. Overall the kids enjoyed their time while we watched the games on the screens.

Stopped here for dinner while picking up my daughter for the holidays - such a good idea. Usually when I go to a D&B I'm disappointed with the whole experience. I cannot say the same for this location. The area is huge and clean. The staff are friendly and are server/ bartender was attentive and friendly. The food was really good. . . My other daughter and I shared the burger which was large enough to feed two people. And the games were really fun with none of them being broken or out of order! We were easily able to collect enough tickets to get lots of prizes (of note, we had a 3-year-old and a 6-year-old in tow so we don't usually get a lot of prize winning scores). If this wasn't so far from where I live I would be taking my family there again over the holidays while we have visitors. Can't say enough about how great this place was.
